Drive Flange

We have found roughly half of the Hiaces we work on are in need of at least (1) new drive flange (usually the driver's side). The flange secures the hub to the CV axle. Their interface is comprised of splines, which over time, wear out in an exponential fashion. The slop in the spline fitment wear increases with each redirection of torque (forwards to reverse). Once the spline fitment completely fails, your van will lose power to the wheel, and in turn to the entire drive train on full-time 4WD models, potentially leaving you stranded.

Fitment:

Our drive flange will fit late 1993 through 1999 Toyota Hiace 4wd vans with the following chassis: KZH106, KZH116, KZH126, KZH138, LH107, LH109, LH117, LH119, LH129. This is an OEM part.
